Spring is in the air and despite the challenging times we are all facing, we want to reassure clients (old and new) that here at LP Planning we are remaining positive and focused and working through this. The current challenges won’t last forever and the economy will bounce back, and all of us and our businesses will be more robust and stronger as a result.
Our staff are working from home and making site visits, whilst following government advice on social distancing. The messages we have received to date from the local planning authorities, who we work closely with, is that their planning officers are continuing to work from home and are as determined to keep processing planning applications, appeals etc. as we are to keep the economy running.
So please be assured that as far as possible, it is ‘business as near normal’ and we are happy to help. If you have an enquiry about a possible new job, please call:

LP Planning successfully obtained full planning permission for an extension to a barn at Dartland Farm, Leigh. The client contacted LP Planning as they wanted to expand their kid rearing business and would need to gain permission to extend the existing barn.
The site was located in the open countryside and the barn was used for small kids whilst on milk and larger kids when the weather does not permit for outside grazing. The proposed extension was key to the growth of the business.
LP Planning submitted a full detailed planning application which addressed the relevant planning issues and set out the merits of the proposal. Planning permission was granted for an extension to the agricultural barn.
The client was delighted with the outcome and pleased with the professional service that LP Planning provided. She would recommend our services to others.
